Many modern street bikes are now fuel-injected, meaning riders often experience snatchiness (which can be described as jerkiness).
The G2 Tamer Throttle is an item that improves rideability by changing the EFI's power delivery through the physical aspect of the throttle cam's structure.
The secret is in the throttle cam!
While the normal cam shape is generally circular, the G2 Tamer Throttle tames snatchiness by making the cam shape at the beginning of the throttle cable pull a non-linear ratio. Ultimately, the cam characteristic allows for full throttle at roughly the same throttle opening as stock.
Because it's a reality that the throttle is often used in the initial opening and partial range, we believe you can appreciate the benefits of installing the G2 Tamer Throttle from the graph.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it's incomparably smoother than the stock throttle.
Another major feature is that the right hand is less fatigued, partly because there is less play in the tube compared to stock.
