Not a quick-turn or slow-turn throttle!
Many modern street bikes are now fuel-injected, and riders have to deal with snatchy (or jerky, as you might call it) throttle response.
The G2 Tamer Throttle is an item that makes the bike easier to ride by changing the EFI's power delivery through the physical aspect of the throttle cam's structure.
The secret is in the throttle cam!
While normal cams are generally circular, the G2 tames the snatch by making the cam shape at the beginning of the throttle cable pull a non-linear ratio. Ultimately, the cam characteristic allows for full throttle at roughly the same throttle opening as stock.
Since riders frequently use the initial throttle opening and partial throttle range, we believe you can appreciate the benefits of installing the G2 Tamer Throttle from the graph.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it's incomparably smoother than the stock throttle.
Furthermore, another major feature is that your right hand will be less fatigued due to less play in the tube compared to stock.
