This is G2's Quick Turn Throttle for street use, known for its "tamer throttle" feature.
Essentially, consider it a quick-action throttle (approx. 10-15% faster) that can be installed into your genuine throttle housing.
This is an item we highly recommend to those who are concerned about the large throttle opening of the stock throttle.
You will surely experience a very pleasant characteristic in the stable range at a somewhat higher gear, RPM, and throttle opening, especially on high-speed circuits.
However, reducing the throttle opening also brings disadvantages.
The operating feel at low gears, low RPMs, and low throttle openings before reaching that stable range tends to be more sensitive compared to the genuine (stock) throttle.
Especially for large displacement motorcycles, it might be best to position this as an expert-level item, allowing you to ride at an advanced level on any circuit you visit for the first time.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it's incomparably smoother than the genuine one.
Another major feature is that the right hand gets less tired due to the reduced play in the tube compared to the genuine one.
