This is G2's quick-turn throttle for street use, known as the "Themer Throttle," a truly ingenious item.
Essentially, it's a high-speed throttle (approximately 10-15%) that can be installed in the genuine throttle housing.
This is an item that we highly recommend for those who are bothered by the large throttle opening of the genuine throttle.
You will surely experience very pleasant characteristics from a certain high gear, RPM, and stable range beyond the throttle opening on high-speed circuits, etc.
However, reducing the opening certainly comes with its drawbacks.
The operating feel in low gears, low RPMs, and low openings before reaching that stable range tends to be more sensitive compared to the genuine (stock) throttle.
Especially for large-displacement bikes, it might be best to position this as an expert-level item for riders who can perform at an advanced level at any circuit, even on their first visit.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it's incomparably smoother than the genuine one.
In addition, another significant feature is that the right hand is less likely to get tired due to less play in the tube compared to the genuine one.
