This is G2's street-legal quick-turn throttle, also known as the "Themer Throttle."
Essentially, it's a high-ratio throttle (approx. 10-15%) that can be installed in the stock throttle housing.
We highly recommend this item to those who are concerned about the large throttle opening of the stock throttle.
You will surely experience a very pleasant characteristic in the stable range above a certain high gear, RPM, and throttle opening, especially on high-speed circuits.
However, reducing the throttle opening also brings disadvantages.
The operating feel in low gears, low RPMs, and small throttle openings before reaching that stable range tends to be more sensitive compared to the stock throttle.
Especially for large displacement motorcycles, it might be best to position this item as being for experts who can ride at an advanced level on any circuit from the first try.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, which, combined with the cam characteristics, make it incomparably smoother than stock.
Another major feature is that the tube has less play compared to stock, which also reduces right-hand fatigue.
