Not high-throttle, not low-throttle!
Many modern street bikes, being fuel-injected, leave riders dealing with snatchiness (or jerkiness, as some might call it).
The G2 Tamer Throttle is an item designed to make riding easier by physically altering the EFI power delivery through the structure of the throttle cam.
The secret lies in the throttle cam!
While normal throttle cams are generally circular, the G2 tames snatchiness by using a non-linear ratio for the cam shape at the initial pull of the throttle cable. Ultimately, the cam characteristic allows for full throttle at roughly the same throttle opening as stock.
Because riders frequently use the initial throttle opening and partial range in reality, we believe you can appreciate the benefits of installing a G2 Tamer Throttle from the graph.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it's incomparably smoother than the stock one.
Another major feature is that, compared to the stock tube, there is less play, which also reduces fatigue in your right hand.
