Many modern street bikes, with their fuel injection systems, cause riders to experience "snatch" (or a jerky feeling).
The G2 Tamer Throttle is a product that improves rideability by altering the EFI power delivery through a physical change in the throttle cam structure.
The secret lies in the throttle cam!
While the stock cam shape is generally circular, the G2 Tamer Throttle tames the snatch by giving the cam shape a non-linear ratio at the initial pull of the throttle cable. Ultimately, the cam characteristic ensures full throttle at roughly the same throttle opening as stock.
Since riders frequently use the initial throttle opening and partial throttle range, we believe you can appreciate the benefits of introducing the G2 Tamer Throttle from the graphs.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, the throttle is incomparably smoother than stock.
Furthermore, another significant feature is that your right hand will be less fatigued due to less play in the tube compared to stock.
