While the normal cam shape is generally circular, the G2 Tamer Throttle tames the snatch by making the cam shape at the initial pull of the throttle cable non-linear. Ultimately, the cam characteristic is such that it achieves full throttle at almost the same throttle opening as stock.

Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it is incomparably smoother than the stock part.
