Many modern street bikes have become fuel-injected, meaning riders have to contend with snatchy throttle response (which could be described as jerky).
The G2 Tamer Throttle is an item designed to make the bike easier to ride by changing the EFI's power delivery from a physical perspective, specifically through the structure of the throttle cam.
The secret lies in the throttle cam!
While the stock cam shape is generally circular, the G2 Tamer Throttle tames the snatchiness by making the cam shape at the beginning of the throttle cable pull a non-linear ratio. Ultimately, the cam characteristic is such that it reaches full throttle at almost the same throttle opening as the stock.
Because, in reality, riders frequently use the initial throttle opening and partial throttle range, we believe you can appreciate the benefits of installing the G2 Tamer Throttle from the graph.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it's incomparably smoother than the stock part.
