Not a quick-turn throttle, not a slow-turn throttle!
Many modern street bikes are now fuel-injected, meaning riders have to contend with snatchy throttle response (which could also be described as jerky).
The G2 Tamer Throttle is an item that makes the bike easier to ride by changing the EFI's power delivery from a physical perspective, through the structure of the throttle cam.
The secret lies in the throttle cam!
While the normal cam shape is generally circular, the G2 Tamer Throttle's cam shape at the initial part of the throttle cable pull is non-linear, which tames the snatchiness. Ultimately, the cam characteristic allows for full throttle at roughly the same throttle opening as stock.
Since it's a reality that the initial throttle opening and partial throttle range are frequently used, we believe you can appreciate the benefits of installing the G2 Tamer Throttle from the graph.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it's incomparably smoother than the genuine part.
Furthermore, another major feature is that your right hand will be less fatigued due to the reduced play in the tube compared to the genuine part.
