Many domestic cruisers today, having been converted to fuel injection, are plagued by "snatch" (which could also be described as choppiness).
The G2 Tamer Throttle is an item that alters the power delivery of EFI from a physical standpoint, through the structure of the throttle cam.
The secret lies in the throttle cam!
While the stock cam shape is generally circular, the Tamer Throttle tames snatch by using a non-linear ratio for the cam shape at the initial pull of the throttle cable. The cam characteristic is such that it ultimately achieves wide-open throttle at the same throttle opening as stock.
A solution that addresses the common complaint of large displacement engines, where the initial throttle opening can be tiring!
