Not a quick-turn throttle, not a slow-turn throttle!
Many modern street bikes, now fuel-injected, leave riders dealing with snatchiness (you could also call it jerkiness).
The G2 Tamer Throttle is a product that improves rideability by physically altering the throttle cam's structure to change the EFI's power delivery.
The secret lies in the throttle cam!
While the stock cam typically has a circular shape, the G2 Tamer Throttle's cam has a non-linear ratio at the beginning of the throttle cable pull, taming the snatchiness. Ultimately, the cam characteristic allows for full throttle at roughly the same throttle opening as stock.
Because in reality, the throttle is often used in the initial opening and partial range, we believe you can appreciate the benefits of introducing the G2 Tamer Throttle from the graph.
Teflon sleeves are built into both ends of the throttle tube, and combined with the cam characteristics, it's incomparably smoother than the stock one.
Another major feature is that there's less play in the tube compared to stock, which helps reduce hand fatigue.
