One of the first parts to be damaged in a fall (even a standstill tip-over) is the engine case.
You'll quickly realize that this is more than just an engine guard.
A 27mm diameter pipe connects the engine guard and the crash bar, increasing the strength of the entire system.
This design allows the impact to be distributed throughout the system, minimizing damage to the engine, frame, and other critical parts.
The engine guard is secured to the frame using 4mm and 5mm steel tabs.
As you know, the engine case is the most exposed, so it is designed to protect it at a high level.

*The company's separately sold crash bar is required to install the engine case guard. It is only compatible with this product. Also, for standard models, it can be used with genuine Honda skid plates, but for Adventure Sports models, the upper part of the genuine skid plate needs to be modified.
*The engine case guards for MT and DCT models are common parts, but for DCT models, it is not compatible with vehicles equipped with the genuine optional shift switch and requires the removal of the starter motor cover for installation.
