One of the first areas to be damaged in a fall (even a static tip-over) is the engine case.
You'll quickly see that this is more than just an engine guard.
A 27mm diameter pipe connects the engine guard and the crash bars, increasing the strength of the entire system.
This design allows the impact to be distributed throughout the system, minimizing damage to the engine, frame, and other critical areas.
The engine guard is secured to the frame using 4mm and 5mm steel tabs.
As you know, the engine case is the most exposed part, so it has been designed to protect it to a high degree.

* Installation of the engine case guard requires the separately sold crash bars from the same company. It is only compatible with that product. Also, for standard models, coexistence with the genuine Honda skid plate is possible, but for Adventure Sports models, the upper part of the genuine skid plate needs to be modified.
* The engine case guard for MT and DCT models is a common part, but for DCT models, it is not compatible with vehicles equipped with genuine optional shift switches, and it must be installed by removing the starter motor cover.
