●Hand MIG welding

●2mm thick, 25mm diameter steel tubing and tough mounts
To achieve a perfect fit, 4mm thick metal mounts are precisely laser-cut.
In the event of a fall (e.g., tip-over), the impact is distributed by the crash bar rather than the vehicle body.
●Stainless steel hardware
The included bolts and nuts will maintain their luster unless covered in mud or dirt.
●Sandblasting
Sandblasting is applied for excellent coating adhesion. This treatment makes it resistant to many scuffs and boasts high durability.
●Powder coating
Protects the product surface in combination with sandblasting.
