The engine case is one of the areas exposed to the risk of damage in the event of a fall.
Primarily designed to protect the generator cover and clutch cover, it is engineered and tested to withstand off-road crashes.
The 27mm diameter reinforcement bar connects the engine case guard to the crash bar, enhancing the overall strength of the system. This design distributes large impacts across the entire system, minimizing damage to the motorcycle's engine, frame, and other critical components.
The engine case guard is fully secured to the frame using 4mm and 5mm steel tabs. The engine case is the most exposed part in all falls, so it has been tested and designed for maximum strength.

●Engine case protection
Due to the full frame mount, the impact from falls on the vulnerable engine area is minimized.
●Crash bar reinforcement
The engine case guard achieves high strength by connecting to the crash bar via a reinforcement bar.
●27mm diameter tubing
Absorbs the motorcycle's weight and impact in the event of a fall.
●Sandblasting for paint film strength retention
This is a very important part of the OUTBACK product manufacturing process. The sandblasted surface is scratch-resistant, allowing for a more durable product.
●Powder coating
Protects the product surface when combined with sandblasting.
●Hand MIG welding
Achieves strength based on the philosophy of toughness and functionality that goes beyond appearances.
