● Hand MIG welding
Provides strength based on the philosophy of toughness and functionality beyond appearance.
Made from high-quality steel tubing with a 25mm diameter and 2mm thickness.
● Tough mounting points
Precision laser-cut 4mm thick metal mounts to achieve a perfect fit. The crash bar disperses the impact of a fall (e.g., tip-over) away from the vehicle body.
● Sandblasted for paint film strength
A very important part of the OUTBACK product manufacturing process. The sandblasted surface is scratch-resistant, allowing for a more durable product.
● Powder coating
Protects the product surface in combination with sandblasting.
