We have built a robust set of crash bars and designed the ultimate frame-mounted brackets to absorb impact from falls.

This is why it's high-strength. Produced according to the philosophy of rugged appearance and functionality.
2mm thick, 22mm diameter steel tubing.
●Unnecessary elements removed from the design
One of our goals was to maintain the CRF250 Rally's low center of gravity.
●Tough Mounts
To achieve perfect fitting, 4mm and 5mm thick metal mounts are precisely laser-cut.
Impact from falls (standing fall) is dispersed by the crash bar, not the vehicle body.
●Powder Coating
Combined with sandblasting to protect the product surface.

*Generally, assemble all parts without fully tightening. This ensures a good fit for each component. Finally, fully tighten all bolts + nuts to complete.
*Designed based on genuine mufflers, so those who have replaced them with aftermarket parts may need to modify them. SP Tadao's POWER BOX falls into this category and requires modification (the crash bar itself does not require modification, but only the right-side bracket that supports it from the back needs cutting), but beyond that, it is unknown.
