One of our goals was to maintain the CRF250Rally's low center of gravity.
● Tough mounts
To achieve a perfect fit, we precision laser-cut 4mm and 5mm thick metal mounts.
The impact of a fall (even a static tip-over) is dispersed by the crash bars, not the motorcycle body.
● Powder coating
Combined with sandblasting to protect the surface of the product.

*Generally, assemble all parts without fully tightening them. This ensures a good fit for each part. Finally, fully tighten all bolts + nuts to complete.
*This product is designed based on the genuine muffler, so those who have replaced it with an aftermarket product may need to make modifications. We understand that SP Tadao's POWER BOX falls into this category and requires modification (the crash bar itself does not need modification, only the right bracket supporting it from the rear needs to be cut), but beyond that, it is unknown.
