One of the greatest advantages of our upper crash bars is their non-floating design. To achieve this, we developed a high-strength bracket to support the top of the crash bar.
This provides enhanced protection against deflection and damage during a crash.
Furthermore, unlike products that use 25mm or 27mm diameter tubing without proper support, such as Outback Motortek's bracket system, by using 22mm diameter pipes (the same as KTM's genuine crash bars), we can minimize additional weight.
Genuine KTM crash bars required.
For the 1190, only compatible with model years 2015-2016. Earlier model years are not compatible due to different outer diameter crash bars.

We prioritized compatibility with genuine KTM crash bars.
One of our goals was to maintain the low center of gravity of the KTM 1090 Adventure using the same pipe diameter as the genuine KTM crash bars.
Many manufacturers increase weight by up to 1-1.5kg by using 25mm or 27mm tubes for upper protection.
●Tough brackets
Chamfered. 5mm thick metal mounts are precisely laser-cut for a perfect fit.
This absorbs impact during a crash.
●Powder coating
Combined with sandblasting, it protects the product's surface.
