One of the biggest advantages of the upper crash bar is its non-floating design. To achieve this, we developed a high-strength bracket to support the top of the crash bar.
This provides enhanced protection against deflection and damage in the event of a crash.
Furthermore, unlike products that use 25mm or 27mm diameter tubing without proper support, like Outback Motortek's bracket system, by using 22mm diameter tubing, the same as the genuine KTM crash bar, additional weight can be kept to a minimum.
Genuine crash bar required.
For the 1190, it is only compatible with model years 2015-2016. Earlier models are not compatible due to different outer diameter crash bars.

● 2mm thick, 22mm diameter steel pipe
Emphasis was placed on compatibility with genuine KTM crash bars.
One of the goals was to maintain the low center of gravity of the KTM 1090 Adventure with the same pipe diameter as the genuine KTM crash bar.
Many manufacturers use 25mm or 27mm tubes to protect the top, which adds up to 1-1.5kg of weight.
● Tough bracket
Chamfered. Precision laser cutting of 5mm thick metal mounts ensures a perfect fit.
This absorbs impact in the event of a crash.
● Powder coating
Protects the surface of the product when combined with sandblasting.
