One of the biggest advantages of these upper crash bars is their non-floating design. To achieve this, we developed a high-strength bracket to support the upper part of the crash bars.
This enhances protection against deformation and damage in the event of a crash.
Furthermore, unlike products that use 25mm or 27mm diameter tubing without proper support, such as Outback Motortek's bracket system, we can minimize additional weight by using 22mm diameter pipes, the same as KTM's genuine crash bars.
Genuine KTM crash bars are required.
For the 1190, only compatible with model years 2015-2016. Earlier model years are not compatible due to different crash bar outer diameters.

We prioritized compatibility with genuine KTM crash bars.
One of our goals was to maintain the low center of gravity of the KTM 1090 Adventure using the same pipe diameter as the genuine KTM crash bars.
Many manufacturers use 25mm or 27mm tubes to protect the upper part, resulting in a weight increase of up to 1-1.5kg.
● Tough brackets
Chamfered. Precision laser-cut 5mm thick metal mounts for a perfect fit.
This absorbs impact in the event of a crash.
● Powder coating
Combined with sandblasting to protect the product surface.
