Let's start with the most important thing.
OUTBACK Motortek's priority was to keep the weight increase of the Tenere700 to a minimum.
To achieve this, in the event of a crash, it utilizes 4 frame mounts to evenly distribute the impact.
Thanks to these four mounting points on each side, it was possible to use lightweight 22mm diameter tubing.
As a result, the crash bars weigh 2.7kg, the upper crash bars weigh 2.9kg, for a total of just 5.6kg.
While we strive to match the color of the crash bar as closely as possible to the color of the body parts, this cannot be guaranteed.

● Hand MIG welding
This is the reason for its high strength. Produced following the philosophy of rugged appearance and functionality.
2mm thick, 22mm diameter steel tube.
● Unnecessary elements removed from the design
One of our goals was to maintain the Tenere700's low center of gravity.
● Tough mounts
To achieve a perfect fit, 4mm thick metal mounts are precisely laser cut.
Impacts from falls (stationary falls) are distributed by the crash bar, not the vehicle body.
● Sandblasting
Sandblasting was applied for good coating adhesion. This treatment makes it resistant to many scuffs and provides high durability.
● Powder coating
Protects the surface of the product when combined with sandblasting.
