This is an aluminum-machined wide step for rally and adventure riding, which can be said to be the pinnacle of its kind today.
By changing the insertion direction of the collar in the step's pivot shaft, you can switch between the standard position and back & low. Moving the step back changes how traction is applied.
The angle of the step can be changed by adjusting the protrusion of the bolt that contacts the frame. Depending on the chosen angle, it can naturally encourage a knee-grip riding posture.
By changing the length of the cleat (pin), it can be converted into a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control with slight weight shifts.
The cleats (pins) are F3 grub screw type in the standard configuration. The grip can be further altered by selecting optional parts.
Staff members who frequently ride off-road in various genres reported no significant deformation, other than scratches, after more than a year of continuous use.
