By changing the insertion direction of the collar on the step's pivot shaft, you can switch between the standard position and a back & low position. Moving the footpeg back changes how traction is applied.
The angle of the footpeg can be changed by adjusting the protrusion amount of the bolt that contacts the frame. Depending on the angle you choose, it can naturally encourage a knee grip.
By changing the length of the cleats (pins), you can convert it into a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control with slight weight shifts.
The cleats (pins) are F3, which use set screws in their standard configuration. You can further change the grip feel by selecting optional parts.
