By changing the direction of the collar inserted into the step rotation shaft, you can switch between the standard position and a back-and-low position. Moving the step back changes how traction is applied.
The step angle can be adjusted by changing the protrusion amount of the bolt that contacts the frame. Depending on the chosen angle, it can naturally encourage a knee-grip stance.
By changing the length of the cleats (pins), it can be converted into a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control with slight weight shifts.
The cleats (pins) are F3, which are grub screw type in the standard state. Grip can be further adjusted by selecting optional parts.
