The step's rotational axis allows you to switch between a standard position and a back & low position by changing the orientation of the collar. By shifting to the back position, the way traction is applied changes.
The angle of the step can be adjusted by changing the protrusion of the bolt that contacts the frame. Depending on the chosen angle, it can naturally encourage a knee-grip stance.
By changing the length of the cleat (pin), it can be converted into a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control with slight weight shifts.
The cleats (pins) are F3 set screw type in their standard configuration. Grip can be further adjusted by selecting optional parts.
