These stainless steel wide footpegs are arguably the best currently available.
The step rotation axis allows for switching between a standard position and a back & low position, depending on the direction the collar is inserted. Moving to a back-step position changes how traction is applied.
The step angle can be adjusted by altering the protrusion of the bolt that contacts the frame. Depending on the chosen angle, it can naturally encourage a knee-grip stance.
By changing the length of the cleat (pin), it's possible to create a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control the bike with subtle weight shifts.
The cleats (pins) are F3, which are grub screw type in their standard configuration. Grip can be further adjusted by selecting optional parts.
