By changing the insertion direction of the collar in the step's pivot axis, you can switch between standard position and back & low. Moving the steps back changes how traction is applied.
The step angle can be adjusted by changing the protrusion of the bolts that contact the frame. Depending on the angle chosen, it can naturally encourage a knee-grip stance.
By changing the length of the cleats (pins), you can convert them to pseudo-round steps. This makes it easier to control the bike with slight weight shifts.
The standard cleats (pins) are F3 type with grub screws. Grip feel can be further customized by selecting optional parts.
