By changing the insertion direction of the collar in the step's pivot axis, you can switch between the standard position and a back & low position. Moving the step back changes how traction is applied.
The step angle can be changed by adjusting the protrusion amount of the bolt that contacts the frame. Depending on the angle chosen, it can naturally encourage a knee-grip stance.
By changing the length of the cleat (pin), it can be converted into a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control with slight weight shifts.
The cleats (pins) are F3 set-screw type as standard. Grip can be further customized by selecting optional parts.
