The Air EXT steps are an evolution of the feature-rich, lightweight, machined aluminum wide steps (EVO Air steps).
The step position can be switched between standard and back & low by changing the insertion direction of the collar in the step pivot. By setting the steps back, the way traction is applied changes.
The angle of the steps can be changed by adjusting the amount of bolt protrusion that contacts the frame. Depending on the angle chosen, it can naturally encourage a knee grip.
By changing the length of the cleat (pin), it can be changed to a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control with slight shifts in body weight.
The cleats (pins) are F3 grub screw type in the standard configuration. Grip feel can be further adjusted by selecting optional parts.
Traction control is possible with the sub-step protruding backward. What was once stepping on the steps with points or lines can now be gripped with a surface, making control easier.
In continuous use by staff who frequently ride off-road in all genres, there were no significant deformations other than scratches.
