The Air EXT Step is an evolution of the lightweight, feature-rich, CNC-machined aluminum wide step EVO Air Step.
By changing the insertion direction of the collar on the step's pivot axis, you can switch between the standard position and a back-and-low position. Moving the step back changes how traction is applied.
The angle of the step can be adjusted by changing the amount the bolt protrudes into the frame. Depending on the chosen angle, it can naturally encourage a knee grip.
By changing the length of the cleats (pins), it can be converted into a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control with slight weight shifts.
The cleats (pins) are F3 set screws as standard. The grip feel can be further adjusted by selecting optional parts.
Traction control is possible with the sub-step that protrudes rearward. What was once stepping on points or lines can now be gripped with a surface, making control easier.
In continuous use by staff who frequently ride off-road in all genres, there were no significant deformations other than scratches.
