The Air EXT Step is an evolution of the EVO Air Step, a lightweight, CNC-machined aluminum wide step packed with features.
By changing the insertion direction of the collar on the step's pivot axle, you can switch between the standard position and a back & low position. Moving the step back changes how traction is applied.
The angle of the step can be adjusted by changing the protrusion amount of the bolt that contacts the frame. Depending on the chosen angle, it can automatically encourage a knee grip.
By changing the length of the cleat (pin), it can be converted to a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control with slight weight shifts.
The cleats (pins) are F3 set screw type in the standard configuration. Grip feel can be further modified by selecting optional parts.
Traction control is possible with the sub-step protruding backward. What used to be controlled by stepping on points and lines can now be controlled by stepping on a surface, making control easier.
During continuous use by staff who frequently ride all genres of off-road, there were no major deformations other than scratches.
