The Air EXT Step is an evolution of the lightweight, feature-rich, aluminum-machined Wide Step EVO Air Step.
The step can be switched between the standard position and back & low by changing the insertion direction of the collar on the step's pivot shaft. Moving the step backward changes how traction is applied.
The angle of the step can be adjusted by changing the amount of bolt protrusion that contacts the frame. Depending on the chosen angle, it can automatically promote a knee-grip stance.
By changing the length of the cleat (pin), it can be converted into a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control with slight weight shifts.
The cleats (pins) are F3 set screw type in the standard configuration. The grip can be further modified by selecting optional parts.
Traction control is possible with the sub-step that protrudes backward. What was previously stepping on points and lines can now be gripped by a surface, making control easier.
Continuous use by staff who frequently ride off-road in all genres showed no significant deformation other than scratches.
