The Air EXT Step is an evolution of the lightweight, aluminum billet wide step EVO Air step, packed with features.
The step position can be switched between standard and back & low by changing the insertion direction of the collar on the step's pivot axis. Changing to a back step alters how traction is applied.
The step angle can be changed by adjusting the protrusion of the bolts that contact the frame. Depending on the chosen angle, it can naturally encourage a knee-grip posture.
By changing the length of the cleats (pins), it can be converted into a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control with subtle shifts in body weight.
The cleats (pins) are F3 grub screw type in their standard configuration. Grip feel can be further adjusted by selecting optional parts.
Traction control is possible with the sub-step that protrudes to the rear. What was previously stepping on points and lines can now be gripped over a surface, making control easier.
Through continuous use by staff who frequently ride various off-road genres, there were no significant deformations other than scratches.
