The Air EXT Step is an evolution of the feature-rich, lightweight aluminum machined wide EVO Air Step.
By changing the insertion direction of the collar on the step's pivot shaft, you can switch between the standard position and back & low. Moving the step back changes how traction is applied.
The step angle can be adjusted by changing the protrusion of the bolt that contacts the frame. Depending on the chosen angle, it can naturally lead to a knee-grip stance.
By changing the length of the cleats (pins), it can be converted into a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control with slight weight shifts.
The cleats (pins) are F3 grub screw type in the standard configuration. Grip can be further adjusted by selecting optional parts.
Traction control is possible with the sub-step extending to the rear. What was previously stepping on points or lines can now be gripped over a surface, making control easier.
In continuous use by staff who frequently ride off-road across all genres, there were no significant deformations other than scratches.
