The Air EXT Step is an evolution of the EVO Air Step, a lightweight aluminum wide step with a wealth of features.
The step can be switched between standard position and back & low depending on the direction of collar insertion in the step's pivot axis. By making it a back step, the way traction is applied changes.
The angle of the step can be changed by adjusting the amount of bolt protrusion that contacts the frame. Depending on the angle chosen, it may naturally lead to a knee-grip stance.
By changing the length of the cleats (pins), it can be converted to a pseudo-round step. This makes it easier to control with slight shifts in body weight.
The cleats (pins) are F3 set screws as standard. Grip can be further changed by selecting optional parts.
Traction control is possible with the sub-step that protrudes to the rear. What used to be stepping on the step at points or lines can now be grasped as a surface, making control easier.
During continuous use by staff who frequently ride off-road in all genres, there were no significant deformations other than scratches.
