The Air EXT Step is an evolution of the EVO Air Step, a lightweight, billet aluminum wide step packed with features.
The step position can be switched between standard and back & low by changing the insertion direction of the collar in the step's pivot axis. Moving the step back changes how traction is applied.
The angle of the step can be adjusted by changing the protrusion amount of the bolt that contacts the frame. Depending on the angle chosen, it can naturally encourage a knee-grip riding style.
The length of the cleats (pins) can be changed to simulate a round step, making it easier to control with subtle weight shifts.
The standard cleats (pins) are F3 grub screw type. Grip can be further adjusted by selecting optional parts.
Traction control is possible with the sub-step that protrudes to the rear. This allows control to be easier as the step, which was previously trodden on as points or lines, can now be used as a surface.
Through continuous use by staff who frequently ride off-road in all genres, there were no major deformations other than scratches.
