Precautions: ・An anti-vibration meter stay (refer to catalog P191) is required for installation. ・The tachometer is only compatible with genuine mechanical tachometers (for vehicles that use a tachometer cable) with a "gear ratio of 1:5" (5 crankshaft rotations = 1 tachometer cable rotation) standard, as adopted on SRs and other models. It cannot be used on vehicles that do not have a mechanical tachometer as standard equipment (such as FTR or TW), or on vehicles with a different gear ratio. ・Exclusively for 12V battery vehicles. It will not operate correctly on battery-less vehicles or 6V battery vehicles (including models converted to 12V electrical systems). ・It is not completely waterproof. Due to temperature differences or humidity inside and outside the meter, the glass surface may fog up. ・Removing the genuine meter may cause various indicators to become unusable. Please prepare them separately as needed. ・The meter cable is a consumable item. If there are cracks or damage to the outer tube, water, oil, dust, etc., may enter the meter and cause a malfunction. When replacing a mechanical meter, always inspect the meter cable at the same time and replace it with a new one if necessary. ・Due to differences in internal structure and dial color between the speedometer and tachometer, there will be differences in the illumination state (especially at night). Please be aware of this in advance. ・Wiring the harness requires processing to match the vehicle. Please prepare bullet terminals, etc., separately.
