It does not protect against scratches or cracks in the cowl during a fall. Also, depending on the circumstances of the fall, damage may be greater than if not installed, or damage may not be reduced. Please be aware of this in advance. *The body of this product is designed to break (around the bolt fixing part) to absorb impact when it receives an impact above a certain level. If it breaks, please replace it with a new slider. *It cannot be installed simultaneously with Daytona pipe engine guards.
