Daytona reinforced belts have been renewed to further accommodate the high power and high tuning of sports scooters.
● The core wire is made of 100% aramid fiber. (Some models do not use it)
● The lower rubber has been renewed from a single-layer standard rubber structure to a double-layer structure of standard rubber and highly elastic heat-resistant blended rubber, significantly reducing belt slip. This is a high-grade type.
● The blending ratio of each material is optimally chosen to match the engine characteristics of each manufacturer.
● The belt length is set to the same reduction ratio as the genuine one when set in the pulley, so as not to adversely affect slip, starting acceleration, or maximum speed.
