■Addition of a horizontal 11mm to 1/2 inch piston diameter lineup.
NISSIN radial brake master cylinder with a 5/8 inch size, equivalent to 11mm to 1/2 inch for a horizontal master cylinder, compatible with piston sizes mainly used in 250cc class supersport motorcycles.
■Specifications
For φ22.2 handlebars
Lever adjustment is 6-step adjustable
Type: Smoke Tank (Equivalent to horizontal 11mm - 1/2 inch)
Body Color: Black
Lever: Black
Size: Vertical 5/8
■Notes
*When operating and adjusting the handlebar and lever, install the reservoir tank and lever in a position where they do not come into contact with surrounding parts. Installation space is limited, so it may not be possible to install at your preferred position or angle.
*Please use the brake fluid specified by each vehicle manufacturer, or Daytona's (part number 78023 Brake Fluid DOT-4). Using brake fluid other than specified (even if it is DOT-4) may damage the internal rubber parts, making it impossible to bleed air or causing the brakes to fail.
*Because the internal structure of the master cylinder differs from the genuine part, the feel transmitted to the lever when ABS operates will change.
*Since the direction of the brake hose banjo does not match, we recommend changing to a commercially available braided brake hose, etc.
*Brake fluid deteriorates by absorbing moisture from the air due to long-term use. Fluid deterioration also progresses even during storage.
*If the moisture content in the brake fluid increases, it may boil more easily due to the heat generated during braking, or rust components within the hydraulic system, leading to a decrease in brake or clutch performance or unexpected problems.
*Regular replacement is required every 2 years under normal use. If significant deterioration is observed, early replacement of the brake fluid is necessary.
