*For vehicles with a mechanical stock speedometer (vehicles that use a meter cable), a separately sold Denpi conversion adapter or non-contact speed sensor is required.
*If installing on a vehicle without a tachometer where a rotation signal output cannot be obtained from the ECU or CDI, or on a vehicle with a mechanical stock tachometer, a separately sold pulse generator is required.
