A cutting board sized for a clip cooker, convenient for solo camping. This product is carefully handcrafted by experienced artisans from high-quality Owase Hinoki cypress that has been dried for a long period.
[What is Owase Hinoki?]
Due to its growth in a steep terrain and one of Japan's leading heavy rainfall areas, its annual rings are dense and uniform, making it stronger than typical hinoki cypress. Additionally, the heartwood contains a high amount of oils such as cadinol and hinokitiol, giving it high antibacterial properties and excellent drainage. The Owase Hinoki forestry was certified as the first "Japan Agricultural Heritage" site.
