Daytona reinforced belts have been renewed to further accommodate the high power and high tuning of sports scooters.
● 100% aramid fiber is used for the core wire. (Some models do not use it.)
● The bottom rubber has been renewed from a standard single-layer rubber structure to a double-layer structure of standard rubber and high-elasticity heat-resistant compound rubber, drastically reducing belt slip and making it a high-grade type.
● The blending ratio of each material is optimally chosen to match the engine characteristics of each manufacturer.
● The belt length is set to the same reduction ratio as the stock belt when set on the pulley, so as not to adversely affect slip, starting acceleration, or top speed.
