Daytona reinforced belts have been renewed to further accommodate the high power and high tuning of sports scooters.
● 100% aramid fiber is used for the core. (Some models do not use this material.)
● The bottom rubber has been renewed from a standard rubber single structure to a high-grade type with a dual-layer structure of standard rubber and high-elasticity heat-resistant compound rubber, drastically reducing belt slip.
● The blending ratio of each material is optimally chosen to match the engine characteristics of each manufacturer.
● The belt length is set to the same reduction ratio as the normal belt when set on the pulley, so as not to adversely affect slipping, acceleration from a standstill, or top speed.
