Hydraulic Clutch Kit, 5-Disc, Black (Matte), Monkey/Gorilla (12V), Monkey Baja

・This is a hydraulic model of the secondary wet clutch kit. By changing from the original wire-operated type to a hydraulic type, friction loss is reduced, allowing for clutch operation without excessive force. The clutch mechanism is the same as Daytona's "Secondary Wet Clutch Kit" up until now, and by moving the clutch unit from the normal crankshaft (primary side) to the transmission main shaft (secondary side) while reducing the burden on the transmission with a wet clutch, the durability of the crankshaft and engine response are significantly improved. All these specifications are designed for high-performance engines exceeding 88cc. The stress of clutch operation due to clutch reinforcement can be reduced by making it hydraulic. The clutch release body is made of all-aluminum machined parts. The dress-up effect is outstanding with three anodized finishes: clear, black, and titanium. The piston is made of steel considering strength.
●Changing the number of teeth of the primary drive gear/driven gear changes the primary reduction ratio to a top speed type (18 teeth/69 teeth ⇒ 18 teeth/67 teeth). Primary reduction ratio = 3.722.
●The normal transmission of the 12V Monkey can be used in combination with the separately sold main shaft (34281).
●When used with some big bore cylinders, it is necessary to slightly shave the cylinder's right fin boss (near the lower oil cooler outlet).
●Compatible clutch master cylinder: Daytona NISSIN horizontal clutch master 14mm
●Compatible banjo bolt: M10xP1.25 (with air bleed)
●Not usable with JAZZ/Magna 50 due to insufficient main shaft length.
●Please use a clutch hose of appropriate length and shape according to the handlebars used.
●Takegawa's reinforced crankcase cannot be installed because the direct oil pump and clutch cover will interfere.
