Epoxy-based two-part strong adhesive
● Water, oil, and acid resistant with strong adhesive power. After full curing, it has excellent impact, vibration, and temperature change resistance, and can be drilled, threaded, sanded, built up, and painted.
● Ideal for bonding and repairing, leak stopping, and gap filling of metals (iron, aluminum, brass, copper, alloys, etc.), ceramics, stone, plastics, wood, concrete, etc.
● Roughening the bonding surface with sandpaper or applying pressure increases the adhesive strength.
● Quick Weld tensile strength is approximately 150 kgf/cm2.
Heat resistant temperature approx. 150℃
Curing initiation time at room temperature: 4 minutes
Practical curing time: 20 minutes or more
Complete curing: 4 hours or more
● Main agent (STEEL) black, hardener (HARDENER) white
Gray after mixing, same color after curing.
(Slightly darker than Auto Weld.)
● Contents: 28g each
