Body color: Black lever: Buff clear Applicable handle: Φ22.2
Size: 11mm Specifications:
・A classic custom master that offers a variety of color choices and improved lever adjustment!
・A classic horizontal brake master with a separate tank. The wide lineup, which can be selected according to the master cylinder piston diameter and color of normal vehicles, expands the range of customization!
・The clamp holder has a mirror hole (M10 x P1.25 standard thread included).
・Exclusively for handlebars with an outer diameter of φ22.2. A reliable bolt-on design that also includes an aluminum tank stay and a brake switch (flat terminal 2-pole type).
・Lever adjustment is possible in 6 steps.
・Reservoir tank hose length = 70mm.
・Banjo bolt (M10 x P1.25) is sold separately.
・The direction and angle of the brake hose outlet differ from the normal ones.
・Always replace gaskets with new ones. Three are required for a double banjo, and two for a single banjo.
*Using an RC30 type lever will cause the cylinder to remain pressed, which may lead to vapor lock, etc. Never use any lever other than the specified one.
*Do not use silicone-based DOT5 (BF5) brake fluid.
*Regarding brake fluid: Brake fluid deteriorates over long periods of use by absorbing moisture from the air. (Deterioration of fluid also progresses during storage.) When there is a lot of moisture in the brake fluid, it becomes easier to boil due to the heat during braking, corrodes parts in the hydraulic system, and may cause a decrease in brake or clutch performance or unexpected problems. Regular replacement is required every two years with normal use. If significant deterioration is observed, early replacement of the brake fluid is necessary.
*Depending on the combination with the caliper you are using, there may be lever adjuster positions where the lever hits the grip before the necessary brake fluid pressure is generated, making it unusable. Adjust the lever adjuster so that the brake works sufficiently and the lever does not come into contact with the grip. If it cannot be adjusted completely, please use the separately sold 4-step adjustable lever (buff clear 23319) or (black 27354).
