・ Daytona reinforced V-belts have been developed to cope with the higher power and higher tuning of sports scooters.
・ The bottom rubber has been changed from a standard single rubber structure to a double structure of standard rubber + highly elastic heat-resistant compound rubber, resulting in a high-grade finish that reduces belt slip.
・ The core is made of 100% aramid fiber (some products use other core materials). Furthermore, aramid fiber is blended into the top and bottom rubber, improving the lateral pressure rigidity, tensile strength, and slip resistance required for V-belts.
・ The blending ratio of each material is optimally selected to match the engine characteristics of each manufacturer's vehicle.
・ The belt length is set and quality controlled so that the reduction ratio is the same as the genuine belt when set in the pulley, to prevent adverse effects on slip, starting acceleration, and top speed.
・ As a result of testing, some products that showed performance with materials other than aramid core wires use other core materials + different types of high-elasticity rubber. *Combinations with products other than those specified by us, such as those from other companies, are unconfirmed (and not covered by warranty).
*Please check the model name, grade, registered model number, manufacturing year (not the sales/purchase year), frame number, engine number, etc., carefully to select the correct compatible product. Special attention is required for used vehicles with altered exteriors.
*To ensure original performance and durability, always perform a break-in period of approximately 50-100 km.
*The V-belt's service limit is reached when the width dimension decreases by 1 mm or more from its specified width. Please check the wear condition regularly and replace it with a new one at an appropriate time.
